Nat supports individuals stepping into new leadership roles, wanting to set a new direction, or looking to make a big change in either their personal or professional life. She is a Human Behaviour Specialist and experienced Human Resource Business Partner. Through 1:1 coaching sessions, leadership workshops, keynote speaking and behavioural profiling, Nat helps people become their most authentic self, be the leader they know they can be, and to make a difference through meaningful action.
Rebekah has over 14 years working extensively with leaders in professional services, telecommunications, dairy, utility services, tertiary academic, law enforcement, local body government, not-for-profit, and Crown Research Institutes. She has worked as an organisational development consultant, inhouse coach, and trainer and is a talented relationship builder, coach and facilitator who focuses on identifying clients’ personal values and inherent strengths and supporting them to best realise their true potential.
