Kimberly
Kimberly works with organisations and leaders to develop strategy, grow leadership capacity and change culture. She has over 20 years of experience across FMCG, professional services, retail, hospitality, construction, health and science, and understands and balances the personal and professional journey in order to achieve sustainable change.
Kimberly uses her academic grounding of Adult Education and Human Resource Development and over 10 years’ practice as a Professional Certified Coach to deliver practical, customised solutions for each client.
Warwick
Warwick has extensive experience partnering senior leadership teams to make progress on culture and team performance. He has practiced and taught leadership in a variety of levels, organisations and environments; has held numerous senior executive and board roles; led and participated in organisational cultural reform programs; and has worked both locally and internationally to create unique learning programs for executives. Warwick is passionate about helping leaders and teams to grow their potential by challenging and testing assumptions, improving their capacity and creating lasting insights.
Myles
Myles is a skilled organisational development professional with a passion for inspiring growth in individuals and teams.
He brings a strong foundation in organisational psychology and a commitment to evidence-based practices to his partnerships with leaders and teams across all levels.
Myles's expertise in designing and facilitating tailored, practical solutions and learning experiences, combined with a leadership and team coaching skillset enables an innovative, human-centred approach to building future-fit capabilities that deliver results.
Nat
Nat supports individuals stepping into new leadership roles, wanting to set a new direction, or looking to make a big change in either their personal or professional life. She is a Human Behaviour Specialist and experienced Human Resource Business Partner.
Through 1:1 coaching sessions, leadership workshops, keynote speaking and behavioural profiling, Nat helps people become their most authentic self, be the leader they know they can be, and to make a difference through meaningful action.
Brett
Brett works in partnership with senior leaders, supporting them to make a transformational shift in leadership and move people and teams towards the organisation's strategy. He is an experienced leadership coach who works with clients to navigate the complexities of leadership. Brett is a master facilitator with a unique and enlivening approach and over a decade of experience delivering impactful organisational learning and development that builds engagement and commitment toward change. He specialises in discovery-based learning and has a background in both leadership and acting.
Vicki
A credentialled coach and learning facilitator with a focus on building capability for high performance through leadership, growth, and change; Vicki has 20 years of experience working with individuals and organisations helping them define and achieve success.
Before founding her own business, Vicki was strategically involved in project and change management in senior roles in both the public and private sectors. Over those years, Vicki played key leadership and project management roles, developing and delivering technical and cultural solutions in a mix of industries from local government to construction, professional services to wholesale distribution.
Alyson
Alyson has a passion and drive for improving the effectiveness and performance of individuals and teams, and has worked in the Organisational Development field as a Leadership Development, Change Management and Behavioural Specialist for over 20 years. She has strong relationship management skills which lend itself to effectively managing stakeholders and has designed and facilitated many Leadership Development programs. Alyson is a Professional Certified Coach through International Coach Federation and is highly experienced working with behavioural profiling and 360 degree feedback tools.
Rebekah
Rebekah has over 14 years working extensively with leaders in professional services, telecommunications, dairy, utility services, tertiary academic, law enforcement, local body government, not-for-profit, and Crown Research Institutes. She has worked as an organisational development consultant, inhouse coach, and trainer and is a talented relationship builder, coach and facilitator who focuses on identifying clients’ personal values and inherent strengths and supporting them to best realise their true potential. Rebekah holds a Masters Degree in Psychology; is an ICF-credentialed coach; a behaviours, motivators and EQ analyst, and a qualified teacher.
Vicky
Vicky brings a pragmatic and real-world approach to change leadership, supported by 25 years of senior leadership experience. Diving deep into the core of change and leadership activities, she unlocks optimal outcomes for organisations and their people.
Vicky’s education includes coaching, education, change management, neuroscience and a Prosci Advanced Instructor certification. This blend of of methodologies enables an approach that gears people up to embrace, adopt, and sustain change.
Vicky’s magic lies in transforming mindsets and behaviours to achieve enduring results. Her impact resonates across various sectors, including professional services, banking, mining, insurance, technology, telecommunications, government, tertiary education, aviation, and aged care.
Steve
Dr. Steve Matthews draws on over twenty years experience as a leadership coach and facilitator. He has worked extensively with leaders and their teams in a wide range of sectors and organisations, including higher education, government, health, FMCG, finance, IT, manufacturing, advertising and creative industries.
The leadership coaching that Steve offers is transformational, focusing on the inner and outer game of leadership to bring about sustained behavioural change that improves individual and organisational performance.
His deep commitment to coaching leaders to develop a style of ethical, consultative and inspirational leadership has enabled them to lead with a renewed sense of clarity and purpose.
Nicola
Nicola is a master coach and business mentor with over 20 years' experience working with leaders and organizations around the globe.
An entrepreneur at heart, she combines her extensive corporate background with her coaching intuition and skill. Nicola has travelled extensively, working cross-culturally across a broad range of industries including education, finance, aged care, hospitality, energy, transport and logistics, telecommunications and FMCG companies.
She holds a Masters in Organisational Coaching and is passionate about helping leaders and teams with a bold vision for change move beyond old paradigm thinking and leverage more of their 'spark.'
Andy
Andy is committed to strengthening leaders' raw talent and potential to maximise their contribution to others in all aspects of work and life. He is a supportive coach, who is is able to blend his ability to listen deeply with his own grounded wisdom into thought provoking and transformative coaching.
He combines the expertise of partnering executive leadership across Australia and a uniquely purpose-oriented approach to leading others, forged from demanding roles and experiences internationally. Andy is focused on accelerating team performance and positioning their strategy and culture for future challenges.
Andy is an accredited Executive Coach across both individual and leadership team coaching disciplines. He holds a Master of Leadership and Management from the University of Canberra, and has completed the Art and Practice of Leadership Program at Harvard University.
